• Another contractor performs work on, modifies, alters, or otherwise impacts the installed roofing system after completion of our work
• Damage occurs due to unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, severe weather events, or external causes outside of our control

Warranty and guarantee terms are discussed directly with clients during roofing projects and may vary depending on project scope and materials used.
